Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of a nursing unit.
  • Ensure staff provides high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
  • Monitor and document resident conditions and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals regarding resident needs.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
