WeCare is actively seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Unit Manager for our community in Pittsburgh, PA. Our Registered Nurse Unit Manager is a responsible to assure the optimal level of quality care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Work by prearranged assignment.
- Accept changes and adapt to added assignments.
- May be responsible for medication room and narcotic keys.
- Make rounds frequently to check all residents.
- Accurate reporting and documentation of resident status and care needs information.
- Assist residents attending physician during visits and rounds.
- Assist in updating care plans as needed.
- Assign personnel and make staff adjustments according to needed coverage to meet resident needs.
- Any other duties assigned.
