Position Description
The Event Representative assists patrons atentertainment events by performing duties, such as collecting admission ticketsand passes from patrons, assisting in finding seats, searching for lostarticles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones. All duties are to be performed within theguidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, InternalControl Standards and objectives.
Position Requirements
Each position has varying minimum qualifications. In the absence of fully qualified candidates, some requirements may be waived.
Education / Experience :
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer Service experience required.
