Job Title : System Options Specialist II
Location : Lindon, UT (Hybrid (3 days in office : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 2 days remote)
Employment Type : Contract (1 year)
Pay Rate : $25 / hr on W2
Overtime : Available on a voluntary basis (before / after shifts & weekends)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a System Options Specialist II to support our growing team. This role is primarily administrative, involving data entry, email communication, and collaboration with the inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and professional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update multiple databases with customer and account information
- Compile and verify customer data for entry and ensure accuracy
- Resolve account deficiencies by coordinating with customers for additional details
- Assist in navigating the application and onboarding process
- Provide clear, professional communication via email and phone (minimal phone interaction)
- Analyze Partner and Underwriting Hold trends to improve workflow efficiency
- Support Relationship Managers and Sales Reps (ISCs) with data and process guidance
- Stay updated on CRM updates, new product launches, and sales process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with sales operations policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within sales operations
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience : 5 years in sales support, data entry, or a similar administrative role
Technical Skills :
Experience with CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in Google Suite, DocuSign, and MS Excel (sorting, filtering)
Ability to type 50 words per minute accurately
Soft Skills :
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze information, problem-solve, and make logical decisions
Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
