Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer III at Senior Aerospace SSP in Burbank, CA. The Manufacturing Engineer III will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, implementing manufacturing engineering techniques, optimizing industrial engineering practices, and utilizing mechanical engineering principles. The role will involve working on machining/assembly projects and ensuring efficient production operations.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Engineering skills
- Mechanical Engineering and Machining expertise
- Proven experience in implementing manufacturing strategies and improving industrial processes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 8 years experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
- Sheet metal or ducting experience is a plus
