Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to keep our sales team on track and our clients engaged. You’ll oversee sales tracking, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth daily communication with field reps. From managing accounts to researching leads and opportunities, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth. This in-office role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and collaborates with the Director of Business Development.
SCS Pooled Trust is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for elderly and disabled individuals by safeguarding their income and assets. They offer specialized trust services that enable clients to maintain eligibility for essential public benefits, such as Medicaid, while preserving their financial resources.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the sales team organized and focused on client engagement.
- Maintain the sales tracker and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Work with field reps to ensure they are inputting and noting all updates.
- Communicate daily with field reps to confirm progress and provide support.
- Manage accounts, monitor reports, and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of office experience required.
- Experience with healthcare terminology preferred, specifically familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and related healthcare. This role does not require a medical background but values understanding of healthcare systems and terminology.
- Experience in marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
