Job Responsibilities
- Accurately process and submit medical claims to insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Review and verify patient information, insurance eligibility, and coding for accuracy.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Post payments, denials, and adjustments to patient accounts.
- Communicate with insurance providers and patients regarding billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
