- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish
- Active Listening Skills, able to give full attention to what clients are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Ability to multitask
- Good computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Previous Call Center experience a plus (not required)
- Pleasant phone voice
- 1st Year Income $75,000-$100,000 (estimated)
