Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls from potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client’s needs.
- Present and explain various Health, Life, and Supplemental Insurance products and plans.
- Guiding clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales metrics.
- Successfully obtain and maintain a Health and Life Insurance License.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong closing abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer focused.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing and able to obtain Health and Life Insurance License (company sponsored).
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Wage estimate $75,000 - $100,000 (uncapped income) through commissions and bonuses.
- Weekly pay and monthly bonuses.
- Renewals begin after 13 months, vested after 2 years.
- Health Insurance after 60 days of employment.
- 401k available after earning your first $5000 in wages.
