Your Role as a Personal Care Aide
As a valued member of our team, you will :
Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with mobility and transfers for comfort and safety
Provide compassionate companionship and social interaction
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders and assistance, as permitted by state regulations
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Senior Helpers team
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
