Personal Care Aide – Part-Time, Hourly Position in Anderson, South Carolina

Responsibilities :

As a Personal Care Aide, you will be responsible for :

Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Assisting with mobility and transferring clients as needed.

Offering companionship and socialization to enhance the client’s well-being.

Light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a clean, comfortable environment.

Offering medication reminders and supporting medication management (as permitted by state regulations).

Maintaining communication with clients, families, and the Senior Helpers team to ensure top-notch care.

Documenting client status and services in our electronic system.

What You’ll Need :

At least 18 years old.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance.

Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
