Clinical Program Manager
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with a sales-minded, growth-oriented approach, that has a background in operations and clinical management, to lead our growing services at our Senior Helpers Baltimore store.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Manage overall program operations, performance standards, and quality of care within regulatory requirements and agency standards.
· Ensure implementation of operations through direct reports and provide resources as necessary to ensure quality of care and superior customer service is provided.
· Identify and analyze program growth potential, staffing plans, and assist in the implementation plan with direct reports.
· Assist Management with the development of annual projections and ensure operations are within established monthly budget.
· Manage incoming client referrals and initial home visits, and upselling services to admission of client into programs.
· Perform nursing assessments and routine supervisory visits, check-in visits to ensure overall quality of care and ongoing client satisfaction. Utilize professional assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of client and develop a care plan to meet these needs in a multi-disciplinary, holistic approach.
· Evaluate clients on a regular basis and/or as necessary to ensure client needs are consistent with the care plan.
· Collaborate with team leads and managers on client mix census, retention of clients, business development, employee engagement and training/development.
· Assist Business Development in referral source development, linking client services, and assisting with appropriate continued outreach for the growth of the programs.
· Coordinate with management on implementing and revising operational procedures related to quality client care.
· Function as a resource and mentor to peers and subordinates to maintain professional nursing standards under the Nurse Practice Act and upholding COMAR regulations for home care.
· Participate and/or lead periodic staff meetings to communicate program information, goals, performance indicators.
· Collaborate with leadership on quarterly program quality assurance and tracking trends to process improvement.
· Resolve client and caregiver complaints.
· Follow proper safety procedures and consistently reinforce these practices through ongoing education in conjunction with department leads.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven supervisory experience in home care, healthcare or similar settings
- Strong management skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in use of EMR system, Microsoft 365 experience.
- Experience with completing assessment and development of care plans and use of technology
- Current CPR
- Extensive travel to client homes throughout territory of Baltimore and surrounding areas
- Active Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Proof of TB Skin Test, and/orTB Screening Documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
