Senior Helpers Personal Care Assistant (PCA) -Indian/Hindi Caregiver Preferred
Location: Fairfax City, VA 22031
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Sunday: 8 AM - 8 PM (12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals.
- Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and document patients' health conditions, including physical well-being.
- Provide medication reminders and encourage patient participation in physical therapy exercises.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the office to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
- Reliable transportation to commute to the client location in Fairfax City, VA 22031.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
Preferences:
Client follows Hindu traditions and prefers an Indian caregiver who can align with their cultural needs and native language.
