Senior Helpers Indianapolis is a leading provider of premium in-home, non-medical care services for seniors. Our mission is helping seniors maintain their independence while providing families peace of mind. We do this by using proprietary tools as well as being the only Home Care agency in Indiana that is CHAP certified.
The Opportunity
As our Sales Representative, you'll be on the frontlines of business development, actively generating new client leads by building powerful relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. This role demands a confident, self-directed professional who takes control, makes quick decisions, and drives results.
Primary Responsibilities:
Take charge of market development -Analyze market conditions, identify growth opportunities, and directly outpace competitors
Drive daily results- Contact and engage with 8-10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and secure referrals
Build a powerful referral network - Identify and cultivate relationships with key influence centers (hospitals, senior living communities, physician practices, etc.)
Command the room - Conduct compelling presentations to healthcare organizations and confidently close sales
Own your territory - Become the recognized expert and go-to resource for senior care solutions in your area
Exceed targets - Take personal ownership of sales objectives with a relentless focus on results
Represent with authority - Be the face of Senior Helpers at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Track your success - Maintain activity reports and leverage CRM systems to maximize efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field OR three years of related work experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, particularly in home care or senior services
- Exceptional rapport-building and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Exceptional Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary: $60,000-$90,000 (based on experience)
