Scheduling Coordinator
Senior Helpers, a trusted and fast growing non-medical home care provider, is expanding in the Las Vegas area and is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator/ Quality Services Manager. We are looking for a positive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working with people. Although we are a non-medical agency, we are looking for someone who has experience in the medical industry, particularly in geriatrics. This position will manage the schedule of employees who go into the home to assist seniors. You will also be responsible for overseeing the relationship our company has with its caregivers, clients, as well as the relationship the caregiver and client have together. This position requires some medical background training. Compensation is salary based, but does not offer medical benefits.
Additional Necessary Qualifications
- Must have excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Must have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills
- Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
- Two to three years work experience in the medical or geriatrics industry is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
- Ability to learn other software programs quickly
- Strong verbal communication skills, especially using the telephone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective time management skills

- Review daily logs and time sheets weekly
- Manage caregivers
- Oversee all company scheduling
- Update company database
