Caregiver for Seniors

We are currently hiring caregivers to support seniors in private homes and facilities across central and south Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Tigard, Wilsonville, Sherwood, and surrounding areas.

Our caregivers are the heart of our business. We offer generous paid time off that can be either cashed out or rolled over, along with opportunities for training, professional development, and performance bonuses. Our team enjoys 24/7 support from our office, led by our Owner, a Registered Nurse. To ensure success, all new employees participate in a special support program during their first 90 days.

What You'll Do Each Day:

• Activities of Daily Living: Aid seniors with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, safe mobility, and staying active.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and comfortable home environment and prepare nutritious meals.
• Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities and provide a friendly presence.
• Errands: Transport clients to appointments, stores, social events, and more.
• Support: Foster their independence, monitor their health, and keep family members informed.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Caring, patient, and empathetic candidates genuinely interested in working with seniors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and their families.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and up-to-date auto insurance.
• Willingness and ability to perform personal care.
• Physical capability to assist clients with mobility when needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends.
• Previous professional or personal caregiving experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
