What You’ll Do
- Manage the scheduling of 50 caregivers to meet client needs and care plans.
- Coordinate schedules based on client assessments, preferences, and availability.
- Proactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts, callouts, or emergencies.
- Communicate timely updates to clients and families about caregiver schedules.
- Track, record, and maintain schedule changes in company software.
- Act as the main point of contact for caregivers and families regarding schedules.
- Assist with identifying hiring needs based on scheduling trends.
- Support internal staff with tasks such as document collection and file maintenance.
- Provide input on process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations (typically 2 weeks per month).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in staffing, logistics, or scheduling – experience in home care, hospitality, or similar fields is a plus!
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and multi-line phone systems.
