We are expanding our compassionate caregiving team and are looking for experienced caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. If you're someone who loves spreading joy and ensuring clients live their best lives every day, we would love to hear from you!
We are currently hiring for cases in Northern Westchester and Putnam. Whether you have daytime availability, evenings, or weekends—we have shifts to fit your schedule!
Shift Availability:
- All days and times, with an urgent need for daytime coverage (weekdays and weekends).
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of professional elderly caregiving experience.
- PCA/HHA/CNA certification is a big plus!
- A valid driver’s license and insured automobile.
- A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life.
- A willingness to learn new skills and grow within the caregiving role.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients.
- Transport and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as transfers, bathing, feeding, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure proper medication adherence.
- Collaborate with clients’ care teams to provide updates on health and changes in condition.
