YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE :
- Experience with caregiving for elderly individuals
- Experience with electronic documentation systems or electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Training in Dementia / Alzheimer's Disease
- High level of analytical ability, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Experience with ClearCare / Wellsky is a plus!
- Certified Nursing Assistant is a plus!
- Drivers License and reliable transportation is required
