Education

Experience
- One year of home-care/healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Skills: patient access specialist, administrative assistant experience, unit secretary
- Ability to visit clients in person within the service area
- Takes service inquiry calls and follows up with leads to meet revenue goals
- Assist with client intake and new patient onboarding
- Assist with creating relationship with case workers and social workers to increase client referrals
- Ensure the invoices are completed accurately, timely and according to company policy.
- Accounts Receivables
- Manage Medicaid Waiver Programs (CCSP & Source)
- Billing: Reporting EVV claims in Tellus
- Audit, submit, & follow-up on long term insurance claims
- Auditing Client files & performing mock audit
- Manage & respond to incoming calls from clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
