Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various HR software, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee evaluations and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other labor laws.
  • Utilize HR software systems such as ADP, Paychex, ATS, and Taleo for efficient HR operations.
  • Design and implement organization design strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage human capital management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations and other employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software such as Kronos, ADP, Paychex, ATS, or Taleo.
  • Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in organization design and employee evaluation processes is a plus.
