Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee evaluations and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other labor laws.
- Utilize HR software systems such as ADP, Paychex, ATS, and Taleo for efficient HR operations.
- Design and implement organization design strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage human capital management initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations and other employment laws.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Kronos, ADP, Paychex, ATS, or Taleo.
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in organization design and employee evaluation processes is a plus.
