Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our dining team. As a Server, you will provide food and beverage service tableside to residents, resident families, and guests. This role requires a warm, friendly, and engaging demeanor, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves meals and busses tables with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Helps Team Members set up and break down dining room tables and wait stations prior to and following meals.
- Participates in the training of new Team Members.
- Assists with special functions, private dining events, and special guests.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position desired.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.
