This role involves maintaining facilities at our senior living community, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include completing tasks such as replacing light bulbs, maintaining the grounds, repairing electrical and plumbing issues, painting, cleaning gutters, HVAC maintenance, appliance repair, and coordinating trash removal. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director to implement plans for correction in response to facility surveys conducted by government agencies.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate tasks to maintain facilities, including routine inspections of life safety systems.
- Complete various maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, maintaining grounds, and repairing electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC issues.
- Work with the Executive Director to develop and implement plans for correcting maintenance deficiencies identified during facility surveys.
- Maintain communication with local authorities, including the fire marshal and building inspector, regarding community maintenance.
