Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead our lawn care team at Senior Living Hiring's Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living Communities. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage field operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of grounds maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving grounds maintenance services, including creating routes and conducting site visits.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in lawn care, including fertilizers, control products, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
