Senior Living Residences (SLR) is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide general administration and support to both the CEO and the Marketing Department to ensure efficient communication and operations.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Answer and direct calls, emails, general inquiries
- Maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings, agendas; Take and distribute notes/action planning
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with processing invoices and expense reports
- Event planning, technical coordination and on-premise support for in-person and virtual trainings and meetings
- Assist with media research, booking and creative trafficking
- Coordinate project and campaign tasks and timelines
- Assist with content publishing and scheduling (website, social media, and other communication tools)
- Draft communications and proofread / review materials, as assigned
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- Some travel required
PAY & BENEFITS:
Annual salary starting at $50K

REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidates will enjoy working under pressure, thrive in a fast-pace setting
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace apps
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Zoom, Google Meet, virtual meeting tools
- Familiarity with Monday.com, project management tool is a plus
