Senior Living Residences (SLR) is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the IT/Communication Team ensuring efficient operations and compliance.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas; Take and distribute notes/action planning
  • Prepare and distribute timely correspondence and reports
  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Assist with the coordination of IT projects and initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks and user management tasks, ensuring compliance, evidence and documentation accuracy and timely completion, and coordinating access and equipment
  • Track and manage software licensing; Conduct monthly audits of software licenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to access and retention standards
  • Assist with the management of vendor relationships
  • Work with vendors to resolve licensing discrepancies
  • Participate in regular vendor meetings to optimize system use
  • Assist with the tracking of IT related tickets
  • Assist with the documentation and organization of IT procedures and policies
  • Assist the IT Project Specialist with the execution and coordination of cybersecurity education initiatives
  • Provide basic technical support to IT staff, such as troubleshooting printer issues or assisting with software installations
  • Perform other administrative tasks and audits as assigned
  • Occasional travel may be necessary

PAY & BENEFITS: 

Annual salary starting at $50K

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proactive approach to compliance and process improvement
  • Commitment to ensuring secure, efficient user management and access
  • Basic understanding of security principles and privacy regulations
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
  • Familiarity with user management tools, cyber security practices, and experience coordinating with managed service providers (MSPs) is a plus
  • Experience in IT compliance, user management, or support role preferred
