Key Responsibilities:

- Design, plan, and implement a comprehensive lifestyle program that promotes physical, social, intellectual, and emotional well-being.
- Develop activities and events that cater to a wide range of interests and abilities, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.
- Incorporate resident feedback and preferences into program planning to enhance resident satisfaction.

Event Coordination:
- Organize and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly events, including fitness classes, educational workshops, social gatherings, cultural activities, and outings.
- Coordinate with external vendors, entertainers, and speakers to bring diverse and high-quality programming to the community.
- Manage logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and setup for events and activities.

- Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that encourages resident participation and interaction.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families to understand their needs and interests.
- Promote programs and events through newsletters, flyers, and digital communication channels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in program development and management, preferably in a senior living or similar environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and energetic with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Activity Certification
