The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient front desk operations. This role plays a key part in promoting a positive image of the agency through professional and courteous interactions with staff, patients, and the public.
Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of patient and agency information.

Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them appropriately.

Answer incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate staff members.

Take accurate messages for unavailable staff and ensure timely delivery

Support general administrative duties such as mailings, copying, faxing, and distributing mail.

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Assist with order management.

Assist with other duties as assigned by the Administrator, including participation in performance improvement activities.
