What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Senior Point ALF?
Bay Area Home Health Agency has full-time administrative assistant position.
The ideal candidate will help the organization run smoothly by performing a variety of tasks. These tasks include:
- Record keeping: Maintaining records electronically for vendor employees and the office
- Maintain confidentiality of all records.
- Receives and reviews various materials for filing. Retrieves materials and maintains files by category as needed.
- Receives, date-stamps, and logs all incoming mail.
- Answers and direct incoming telephone calls in the main office.
- Responds to routine non-technical inquiries from nurses, vendors and clients
- Supplies: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, forms, and packets
- Administrative support: Providing support to the business development team and billing department
- Basic Payroll using QuickBooks
- Must develop proficiency in the use of personal computers and software such as Axxess and MS Office (Preferred)
- Maintains working files and updates and internal office records on a continuous basis.
- Compiles monthly and/or periodic reports, requests, etc., at the direction of director of nursing.
- Types letters, emails, forms, and reports at the direction of the supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
