RSVP Project Manager
Job Description
Reports to:
RSVP Director and SSVBC Executive Director
Volunteers and Stations that will be managed by the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Taxes
Ramps - Home Repair program
MMAP - Volunteer portion-works closely with Carewatch Extended Programs Manager
Food Trucks - Volunteer portion-works closely with Carewatch Extended Programs Manager
Festival of Trees - Volunteer portion-works closely with Festival of Trees committee members to find volunteers, place them in appropriate positions and instruct them on their duties.
Manage Special Events required by CNCS:
(January)
-Coordinate Food Drives for 3 pantries, find volunteers to help, document with photographs
-Plan Special Lunch at rotating sites, invite elected officials and obtain proclamation
-Plan and orchestrate with RSVP Director and RSVP Advisory Committee
Monthly Follow Up for Volunteer Hours
-With assistance from RSVP Director
Assist with Ride Easy Program when necessary
Help with phones and greeting guests in the office when necessary.
Provide RSVP Director with requested information for reports when needed.
Work with RSVP Director and RSVP Coordinators on quarterly orientations and Advisory Committee meetings.
May be asked to attend RSVP Conferences and other trainings as assigned by the RSVP Director
Work with RSVP Director to maintain CNCS standards for non-SSVBC Stations.
Because this is a new position, there may be additional duties assigned as time allows. We will reevaluate this in one year.
