What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Senior Services Plus?
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager the Scheduler to create schedules for both Home Care Aides and Clients to fit the clients plan of care, work closely with all contracts and insurance providers, and rotate with the after-hours phone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, at least 2 years of experience in a structured senior activity program or geriatric population preferred.
- Proficiency in related Computer Software, Microsoft Office,
- Ability to organize, pay close attention to detail and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in a office/clerical type setting
- Ability to lift 50lbs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting clients, field staff and general pubic in a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong Communication skills
- Detail oriented, able to strict to confidentiality guidelines
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Set schedules with clients and Home Care Aides to meet plan of care
- Record daily participant and employee notes in HHA database
- Maintain HCA clocking system and ensure EVV is being utilyzed
- Have effective communication between insurance agencies as well as the state.
- Maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Work closely with Regional Manager in ensuring all daily tasks are completed.
- Other duties assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
