Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities for seniors.
- Support clients with dementia and memory-related challenges, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold resident rights at all times.
- Assist in creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that promotes emotional and social well-being.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service tailored to individual client needs.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition or concerns to the supervisory team.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
