Seniors Helping Seniors Vermont is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Scheduling and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This fully remote position will be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling, client coordination, and administrative tasks within our WellSky system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a people-first attitude, and experience in the homecare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring shifts are properly staffed and running smoothly
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to address scheduling needs, changes, and concerns
- Maintain and update scheduling data in our WellSky system
- Handle general administrative tasks such as paperwork management, client inquiries, and documentation
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and optimize scheduling processes
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in homecare scheduling or administration
- Proficiency with scheduling systems like WellSky is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) preferred
