Key Responsibilities:
Primary Tasks:
- Responsible for caregiver scheduling, matching caregivers with clients based on location, services, hours requested, and the preferences of both caregivers and clients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records
- Work to reduce canceled and unfilled shifts and increase caregiver utilization numbers.
- Follow up on client referrals via phone, text, and email, and conduct initial client phone screenings.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Schedule in-home client assessments.
- Match caregivers with clients based on location, services, hours, and mutual preferences while maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in home care client services or scheduling.
- Strong customer service skills for client intake.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with caregivers and
- clients.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., WellSky Personal Care or equivalent).
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Hours: Part-time
- Compensation: $24 an hour
