HMF Express is seeking proactive, reliable, and motivated Production Associates to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality door frames. The ideal candidate will be involved in various tasks, including building, packaging, cutting, and assembly, ensuring that our products meet industry standards. Pay Rate: $19-21 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components.
- Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.
- Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools.
- Cross-train in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly.
- Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately.
- Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.
