Oversee the management of our company’s technology infrastructure. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security. This individual will lead a team of IT professionals (Help Desk, Network Administrator, and System Administrator), provide support for day-to-day operations, and develop strategies to meet the company's evolving technology needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage IT Infrastructure: Oversee the management, maintenance, and support of all IT systems including servers, networks, hardware, and software. Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and performing optimally.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the IT department, providing guidance, training, and support to IT staff. Conduct performance evaluations and assist in professional development.
- Network and Systems Security: Ensure the security of the organization’s networks and systems, including monitoring for vulnerabilities, overseeing firewall management, and implementing necessary security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Budget and Vendor Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement of IT resources. Establish relationships with external vendors, and manage contracts and service-level agreements.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support for employees, ensuring quick resolution of issues related to IT equipment, software, and network connectivity. Create and maintain documentation for common troubleshooting steps.
- Strategic Planning: Plan, develop, and implement long-term IT strategies to support organizational growth and technological advancements. Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT goals with business objectives.
- System Upgrades and Implementations: Lead the implementation of new systems, software, and tools. Manage IT-related projects, from research and selection to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Establish and oversee data backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure that company data is secure and recoverable in case of an emergency.
- Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements concerning data protection and privacy.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports to senior management on IT operations, performance, and security incidents. Document all IT processes, systems, and policies.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5 years) in IT management, IT support, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing IT teams and projects.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and other modern technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with budgeting and vendor management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with IT service management software.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
