As a Production Coordinator at Senra Systems, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality wire harnesses. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation parameters for this role are based on experience, with an hourly range of $25-$35 / hour . In addition, we also offer equity participation and full benefits. This position is onsite and will be based at our company headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer deadlines
Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure resource availability
Monitor work-in-progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions
Utilize ERP systems to manage complex production processes
Prioritize production orders based on demands and constraints
Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce lead times
Prepare and present production status reports to management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Manage change orders and their impact on production schedules
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and risk management efforts

Required Qualifications :

3 years of experience in production planning or operations management, preferably in aerospace / defense

Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and SQL

Strong knowledge of MRP, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with critical path analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

Ability to create performance metrics and optimize scheduling systems

Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted

Must be able to stand for extended periods - 8 hours minimum

Preferred Qualifications :

Project management professional certification
