We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager in our office in Morrisville, NC, or remote, to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager position will support the important revenue and cash cycles that help our company to operate and grow by facilitating customer invoicing and collections, managing cash receipt forecasting, ensuring customer service, and continually improving processes and procedures. The AR Manager will also assist in various monthly, quarterly, and annual close responsibilities. This role manages a team as well as an AR shared service provider.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable Management :
- Oversee timely collections and manage the accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Oversee billing / customer invoicing and ensure that receivables are recorded timely and accurately.
- Set and maintain credit process for the extension of terms to customers and maintain records supporting those decisions.
- Resolve discrepancies and customer billing issues by coordinating with the sales and customer service teams.
- Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with various division leadership regarding the collections or accounts and escalate as necessary.
- Meet with the internal team weekly to review aging for any collection issues that may exist and address appropriately.
- Other duties as assigned.

Base Pay Range : $90,000-110,000 bonus incentive
