This role demands a deep understanding of business development strategies, with a strong focus on strategic planning, CRM utilization, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing our market presence through innovative sales materials and insightful reporting.Key Role Responsibilities : Sales Process Management (20%) : Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal development to negotiation, contract finalization, and onboarding.Sales Support (20%) : Create compelling sales documents, slide decks, presentations, and other supporting materials to facilitate successful client engagements. Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies, campaigns, and sales-enabling content.Lead Generation & Client Acquisition (15%) : Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, online marketing, and industry events. Present our print-on-demand value proposition, showcasing product offerings and fulfillment solutions to meet client needs. Building and nurture strong client relationships to convert leads to long-term partnerships.CRM Utilization (15%) : Leverage CRM tools for tracking sales activities, generating reports, and identifying trends. Utilize AI and data analytics to refine sales strategies, enhance customer targeting, improve efficiency, and personalize outreach.Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%) : Work closely with the sales team to refine pitches, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue. Liaise with customer service to advocate for client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis & Strategy (10%) : Conduct thorough market research to identify target customer segments, including niche markets and emerging trends.
