Job Overview:
As a key member of the Sensata Technologies team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's export compliance program is robust and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's export control program to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential export control risks.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on export compliance procedures and protocols.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with export regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in export regulations and ensure the company's policies and procedures reflect these updates.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the Technology Control Plan (TCP) at each Sensata facility.
This role requires a high degree of organizational skill, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree and/or legal training a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of export compliance experience.
- Detailed and extensive knowledge and experience of the ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
- Managerial experience a plus.
This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Non-US Persons may not be eligible to obtain authorization.
