What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Coordinator - Contingent Labor position at Sensata Technologies?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to manage and support the recruitment processing of across multiple locations within the United States. This role will ensure seamless coordination between internal stakeholders, staffing vendors, and candidates, enabling the organization to efficiently and effectively meet its contingent workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Contingent Labor Management :
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and establish hiring priorities.
Vendor Coordination :
Liaise with staffing agencies to ensure they are effectively sourcing, evaluating, and submitting candidates for our business needs.
Monitor vendor performance.
Onboarding and Compliance :
Coordinate the onboarding process for contingent labor, ensuring background checks, work authorization verification, and training documentation is completed by the vendors
Maintain accurate records of contingent workers and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Reporting and Analytics :
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition leadership.
Coordinate internally with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments
Qualifications : Education :
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience :
2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to contingent labor programs.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management systems (VMS).
Skills :
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR technology tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to contingent workforce recruitment.
