Job Summary
The person in this position is responsible for creating, editing and maintaining CNC mill programs and CAM files for various machines. In addition, they are responsible for fixture and process design, troubleshooting, tooling selection and machine maintenance.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Related Work Experience:
Must have 2 years of experience with CNC machining centers, Haas preferred.
Must be proficient in Mastercam, experience in Solidworks is a plus.
Must have experience with machine setup, fixture design, measuring tools and interpreting drawings.
Experience with QC processes and measuring tools (i.e.. calipers, micrometers and CMM)
Education:
High School Diploma, Associates Degree or Certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
