Water Well Technician

Sensenig and Weaver Well Drilling Inc. is Looking for a Well Pump Install/Service Technician. Sensenig and Weaver Inc. is small family run business in the Denver PA area. We drill water wells, geothermal wells, install and/or service water well pressure systems in both residential and agricultural settings. Our service area is in Lancaster, Chester, Lebanon, Lehigh, Bucks, Montgomery, Schuylkill, and Berks Counties.

We are looking for a Well Pump Service Technician/ Installer who is patient, with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. This position will be responsible to perform basic service, Installation of new systems and be able to trouble shoot on all types of pressure system applications. Well Pump Experience a plus but not needed.

Job Duties:

· Perform Repairs, Replacements, and Maintenance on Residential, Agricultural and Commercial Well Water Systems

· Customer Service – capable of demonstrating superior customer service and offering comprehensive service explanations to the customer.

• Integrity – Making honest and necessary repair recommendations in line with our Pricing Guide based on a thorough inspection of the customer’s issue.
• Company equipment – Keeping company issued vehicles and equipment clean and branded in the community.
• Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness in the customer’s home. Keeping a neat working area when performing a service is required.
• Safety conscious both on the job and while operating company vehicles
