Job Description:

Must Have Skills

• Skill 1 3-5 Yrs of Exp manual testing of software applications.
• Skill 2 3-5 Yrs of Exp . software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Skill 3 3-5 Yrs of Exp JIRA, Qtest, or UIPath Test Manager.
• Skill 4 3-5 Yrs of Exp agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Skill 5 3-5 Yrs of Exp - Automated testing tools, such as Selenium or Tosca.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manual QA Tester to join our Business Systems Analyst team
• As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications by identifying, reporting, and verifying defects.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed test plans and test cases covering various aspects of the application, including functionality, usability, performance, and security.
• Execute manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects using testing tools and methodologies.

Defect Reporting and Verification:

• Create detailed and accurate defect reports, including steps to reproduce and expected results.
• Verify defects and confirm fixes to ensure quality standards are met.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with developers, business systems analysts and other stakeholders to communicate testing results and ensure timely resolution of defects
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders, as needed.

Process Improvement:

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Manual Testing of software applications.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools, such as JIRA, Qtest, or UiPath Test Manager.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience with:

• Automated testing tools, such as Selenium or Tosca.
