We are a fast-paced, dynamic marketing agency specializing in creative social media strategies and impactful content development. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Traffic Manager to oversee project workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across our social media and content teams. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and resources for social media campaigns and content production.
- Act as the primary point of contact between creative, strategy, and account management teams.
- Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Coordinate team assignments and allocate resources based on project needs and priorities.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
- Implement tools and systems for tracking project progress and identifying potential delays.
- Monitor the consistency and quality of deliverables, ensuring adherence to client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Facilitate review cycles, ensuring feedback is integrated and deadlines remain on track.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead daily/weekly check-ins to track progress and address challenges.
What you’ll bring along:
- 2-5 years of project management or traffic management experience, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week and go into the office twice a week
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Sprout Social, PPT, Excel, Word, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable dealing with and helping with the emotions of others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation processes, and digital marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred but not required).
