POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Major Account Manager to oversee and grow our commercial accounts in markets without a dedicated Commercial Account Executive. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored service solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key commercial accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion by upselling and cross-selling services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major commercial clients, addressing their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and service teams, to ensure seamless execution of service agreements.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their evolving needs and align services accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account performance in CRM software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the lawncare, pest control, or service industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing commercial accounts.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
