Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain sales data for the Inside sales team.
- Commission Management: Calculate and track monthly and quarterly commissions for the sales team, as requested; prepare and distribute commission statements.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute various sales reports, including:
- Daily/Weekly Sales Flash Reports in Excel format.
- Monthly Leader Boards for performance tracking.
- Month-End Sales Reports in Excel format.
- Leads and Billing Support: Provide administrative support for the leads list, inputting leads into CRM for various brands on a daily basis and assist Inside sales representatives as needed.
- Event Planning: Coordinate group outings, meetings, including booking meeting rooms, hotels, flights, and other necessary arrangements.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in planning events and coordinating logistics is a plus.
