Senspex in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is seeking to hire a Field Operations Associate for our Military Mission Support team in Boise, ID!
This position begins July 1, 2025.
The Field Operations Associate works closely with the Field Operations Coordinator and assists in supervising staff at all levels. The Field Ops Associate must be able to work independently without supervision and possess good communication skills.
This position will support the Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) contract. The W-TRS task order is a mission-critical initiative designed to ensure full spectrum readiness for every soldier and unit across the U.S. Army!

What you'll get to do as a Field Operations Associate at Senspex:
- Supervise staff and provide technical guidance at all levels.
- Plan, staff, and manage project operations to meet evolving customer needs.
- Integrate industry changes and execute contract obligations with autonomy.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all employees.
- Establish and enforce EEO/AA plans and prioritize project tasks.
- Allocate resources and schedule operations.
- Serve as the primary contract liaison with relevant parties.
- Act as the single management point of contact for contract requirements.
- Ensure workplace safety in hazardous conditions.
- Attend training for skill development and career growth.
- Perform assigned duties.
The qualifications we require:
- 0 years BA/BS or MA/MS degree, or 4 years AA, or 6 years no degree.
- Requires five (5) or more years supervisory experience in range operations and personnel management.
- Requires an understanding of maintenance, automation, and quality assurance through demonstrated experience or general education.
- Requires a working knowledge to accomplish computer data information processing and general knowledge of MS Office.
- Requires ability to lift and carry boxes and packages not to exceed 20lbs.
- Requires the physical dexterity to bend/stoop, twist/turn, and kneel/crouch.
- Requires the ability to operate a four wheeled drive vehicle, 1 ton.
- Requires a valid Driver's License; Must be able to be insured through Company's vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of your work employment
- U S Citizenship required
- All candidates will be required to pass a consumer report and/or consumer investigation to include SSN, Driver Record and Criminal Background Investigation.

- National security clearance: This position may require obtaining a U.S. DoD security clearance. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
