Senspex in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is seeking to hire a Network Administrator II for our Military Mission Support team in Boise, ID!
This position begins July 1, 2025.
The Network Administrator II will be directing others in repair of equipment, replacing components, deploying computer images, tracing and correcting network problems including ethernet and fiber optic networks. A knowledge of test equipment such as digital multi-meters, network, and fiber test equipment is required for this position. This person must be able to work independently without supervision and possess good communication skills.
This position will support the Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) contract. The W-TRS task order is a mission-critical initiative designed to ensure full spectrum readiness for every soldier and unit across the U.S. Army!

What you'll get to do as a Network Administrator II at Senspex:
- System Engineering: Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair software/hardware.
- Resolve system failures and provide diagnostic support.
- Manage DRTS equipment, networks, and databases.
- Support simulations and live operations.
- Conduct technical analysis and repairs.
- Maintain and document system performance.
- Perform assigned technical duties and pursue training.
The qualifications we require:
- 3 years BA/BS or MA/MS degree, or 8 years AA, or 10 years no degree.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in technical engineering support of field operations working with server, computer systems software and operations in assessing and correcting faulty equipment.
- Experience working with Audio and Video capture equipment.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency, and the ability to work under strict deadlines in a stressful fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team skills and the ability to support across multiple disciplines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of analog, digital, radio and mesh systems.
- Adept at Network equipment setup and configuration.
- Proficient knowledge of electronics.
- Requires the ability to operate and speak clearly over military hand-held radios and telephones.
- Operate a four wheeled drive vehicle up to 1 ton in off road conditions.
- Works well with others on a team and has strong communication skills and a customer-service attitude.
- Current State Driver's License required; must be able to be insured through company's vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
