Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to Allergists and Otolaryngologists to introduce them to job opportunities within SENTA Partner practices.
- Utilize call tracking sheets and tools to log outreach, track responses, and schedule follow-ups.
- Engage and qualify physicians based on their interest, location preferences, and career goals.
- Schedule follow-up calls or interviews with the physician recruitment team.
- Maintain consistent communication with potential candidates, ensuring a high-touch approach to relationship-building.
- Meet weekly and monthly call targets to ensure a strong pipeline of interested candidates.
- Research and update physician contact databases to improve outreach efficiency.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills—confident, professional, and engaging phone presence.
- Ability to build relationships and articulate job opportunities effectively to physicians.
- Highly organized, with experience in using tracking sheets, or Excel to document outreach efforts.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- 15-20 cold calls per day, with follow-ups scheduled as needed.
- 75-100 calls per week, ensuring outreach volume supports recruitment goals.
- Maintain an accurate and updated call log with next steps clearly documented.
- Assist in identifying new sourcing strategies to reach more physicians effectively.
